Marriage Certificates
Marriage forms are available from the Bureau of Vital Statistics of the State Department of Public and are completed
online and then downloaded.
Once completed the signatures of both parties must be notarized. The date notarized is the date of the marriage.
Once the form is notarized it must be filed in the County Probate Court within thirty calendar days of notarizing to become valid.
A filing fee of $ 78.00 is collected when recorded and you will receive a certified certificate for your records.
